We're growing student leaders at SES. Our IMPACT Ambassadors have worked so hard & our first Huddle over the Lifeline of WELLNESS was a HUGE success. These students ran a schoolwide assembly for their peers this morning & rocked it! Seriously - this was completely student-led. We are so proud of them! They learned that they can improve their Wellness by doing the following:
- 10,000 steps/day
- 7 hours of sleep/night
- Water - 7 glasses per day
- Having healthy self-talk
