1. Add $90,000 as a lump sum to be distributed to returning teachers

2. Add $1250 to the District Salary Schedule

3. $450 stipend to returning teachers

4. Add the following to teachers insurance

$224 to a single plan

$676 to an Employee/Child plan

$572 to an Employee/Spouse plan

$604 to a Family plan

Remove Retention Catch-up

Remove Section .13 Dual Credit/Advanced Placement

Remove Section .15 Exemplary Teacher Attendance

Remove Tennis from the ECA schedule
